Dr. Russell and Jennifer:

I just want to take a moment to write to you both and thank you for being so nice and kind to me. This has been a REALLY tough year for me. I have had a lot of health issues. Jennifer, you were so nice to me and my husband when we called to see if we could get in to see Dr. Russell. I had already been to two doctors and the last doctor sent us to you, that was such a blessing! Even though you didn’t know what was wrong with me, you showed us compassion and not only that, I wasn’t even one of your patients and you called me the next day to see how I was doing. You went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thank you for helping me get my life back, and thanks for listening!!

Thank you for EVERYTHING you and your office have done for our family. You most definitely became family to us. At times of uncertainty, pain, and all the scares you were a rock for Josh and I. I can’t even begin to put into words how many times you put us at ease, made us smile when we wanted to cry. And you gave me the strength and encouragement that I needed to pull through. And for the first time in my life I can honestly say…and mean “I love seeing my doctor,” and that’s because you are much more. You have an amazing staff and gift of bringing little miracles to people.
