We are currently scheduling appointments Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.


Fridays from 8:30 am to 2 pm.


Appointments are available until 5:30 pm on Wednesday evenings.

We’re conveniently located at:


6160 Tutt Boulevard in Colorado Springs, CO 80923. We're on the second floor, in Suite 270.


From I-25, take East Woodmen Road (exit 149) east. Turn right at the fifth light, South Powers Boulevard. Turn left on Dublin Boulevard, then right on Tutt Boulevard. Our offices are located just south of Morse Bluff Drive in the front building on the right.
